Interwar cottage-style houses on curving closes, built over the old racecourse. The closes are narrow and the corners tight, so the survey checks where a full-size lorry can turn. Some jobs need a smaller shuttle van.
Yeading, Grange Farm & Wood End
A mix of low-rise council blocks, newer flats and some maisonettes with shared stairwells. We ask about lifts, the stairwell width, and whether the block has a booked loading spot or a concierge rule on moving days.
Along the A40 & Church Road
Houses fronting the Western Avenue and the Target roundabout side of Church Road cannot take a lorry parked outside. We plan to load from the nearest side road and carry through, and we say so on the quote.
